Public Facilities District
Angel Of The Winds Arena was developed and is owned by the Everett Public Facilities District, a municipal corporation managed by a five-member Board of Directors.
The Everett Public Facilities District Board regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the 4th Thursday of each month at 8:00 AM. Board meetings are held in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center at Angel Of The Winds Arena.

Spectra Venue Management's General Manager for Angel Of The Winds Arena is Corey Margolis.
Governor Inslee's Proclamation 20-28, issued March 24 and amended and extended several times, including most recently on June 18, temporarily prohibits public agencies from conducting any in-person meetings and requires all remote meetings to provide an option for public attendance via telephonic, electronic, internet, or other means of remote access and provide the ability for all persons attending the meeting to hear each other at the same time. The governor's prohibition on taking "action" was removed by Proclamation 20-28.4, so effective June 1 agencies may resume taking “action” at meetings.
Accordingly, a remote meeting has been created for this Regular Meeting with availability for the public to attend by telephonic means.
