Public Facilities District

Angel Of The Winds Arena was developed and is owned by the Everett Public Facilities District, a municipal corporation managed by a five-member Board of Directors.

The Everett Public Facilities District Board regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the 4th Thursday of each month at 8:00 AM. Board meetings are held in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center at Angel Of The Winds Arena.

The Open Public Meetings Act waivers and suspensions issued in Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 have been extended through the duration of the emergency or until amended or rescinded. The Governor's prohibition on taking "action" was removed by Proclamation 20-28.4, so effective June 1 agencies may resume taking “action” at meetings.
