Public Facilities District

Angel Of The Winds Arena was developed and is owned by the Everett Public Facilities District, a municipal corporation managed by a five-member Board of Directors.

The Everett Public Facilities District Board regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the 4th Thursday of each month at 8:00 AM. Board meetings are held in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center at Angel Of The Winds Arena.

The Regular Meeting for November has been rescheduled due to Thanksgiving and instead, a Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 8:00 AM and will be conducted in person at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center as well as with an option for remote public attendance.
