Do I have to be an annual suite lease holder to rent a suite for a show or game?

Suite lease holders are guaranteed suite accommodations to public events held at Angel Of The Winds Arena with few exceptions. However, we usually have additional suites available for one-time rental to members of the public.

How much is a suite rental?

Pricing varies depending on availability and suite location. Please inquire directly with Danielle Lothrop, Partnerships Director, for individualized pricing options.

When will I receive my suite tickets for an event?

Suite lease holders will receive their tickets in monthly batches at least one week prior.

Will I be able to leave tickets at will call?

All tickets will be distributed digitally. By default, they will be sent via email but can be sent via text if you would prefer. Ticket Transfer online through Ticketmaster is an easy way to distribute tickets to your guests. For information on how to use Ticket Transfer, please click here.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

The standard ticket package includes 12 tickets to an event; however, suites can accommodate up to 20 guests. If you would like to purchase additional tickets for an existing suite reservation, please contact the box office directly at (425) 322-2645 at minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. Please note that different events may have a different cut off date/time and box office hours may vary.

What is the Child Ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Angel Of The Winds Arena. Suites can provide a private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What if I need to transfer my tickets?

You have the option to seamlessly transfer tickets to the guest(s) of your choice via text or email. You will need to set up a Ticketmaster account and further instructions can be found here

What is the policy for multiple show times and dates for a particular event? Can we utilize our suite for all of them?

For multi-run events (ex. Disney on Ice. Cirque du Soleil), one of the show dates and times is included in your annual suite agreement. Any additional show times/dates that you wish to attend are available at an additional price.

When does my suite open?

Unless otherwise communicated or coordinated, suites will be open at the same time as regular doors for an event. Doors will generally open 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled show time and 90 minutes prior to all Silvertips hockey games.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Our suites are accessible, but please reach out to us to coordinate or discuss any specific questions or needed accommodations.

My normal suite is locked, why does my ticket say a different suite number?

Due to varied stage configurations, the sightlines for your suite may be behind the curtain/backstage. For your convenience and to protect the privacy of the performers, we reserve the right to relocate your suite to an area within the show sightline.

If I have an issue with my suite on gameday, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact a member of our team in the Guest Services area near the NW Entrance, or speak with a Guest Services Supervisor on the Suite Level who can connect with the appropriate person at the event; or reach out to Danielle Lothrop, Partnerships Director

Where is the suite parking located?

Suite guests are issued a limited number of tickets for the Snohomish County Parking Garage on the corner of Oakes and Wall Streets, kitty-corner from the arena suites entrance.

Are there private entrances for suite holders and their guests?

Yes, Suite guests may access suite level directly from the Suites Entrance on the corner of Oakes and Wall Streets.

How will I receive my parking passes for the event?

Your parking will be automatically uploaded to your Ticketmaster account prior to the event. You can only receive the contractually agreed upon parking passes, and no more. Have your parking passes up prior to entering the Snohomish County Parking Garage.

What times does the parking garage open before an event?

The parking garage will open 1 hour prior to doors opening. Please be prepared that you cannot enter the Angel Of The Winds Arena until doors are open. The parking garage also close one hour following an event.

What is the bag policy?

Clutches must be 4.5” X 6.5” or smaller. Bags above this size MUST BE CLEAR and no larger than 12” X 12” X 6” pocket maximum.

Can I decorate my space?

Guests are not permitted to use any decorations without prior consent/approval from Angel Of The Winds Arena.

Can I change the channel in suite?

Each suite has a remote control that will work specifically for the TV inside the suite.
