How do I check out a bag?

To check out a sensory bag, guests will need to provide either a driver’s license or credit card to the Guest Services staff member at the kiosk located at Section 101.

Tickets and Seating
Angel of the Winds Arena offers a variety of accessible seating options located throughout the venue, including accommodations for limited mobility, visual and hearing impairments, and wheelchair access. Guests needing assistance are encouraged to contact the Arena in advance with any questions or concerns. To purchase accessible seating, please call 425-322-2644 and specify your needs, visit the Arena box office during regular business hours, or go to angelofthewindsarena.com, select your event, and choose the accessible seating option.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
A limited number of Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests with hearing impairments. They may be checked out, free of charge, by visiting the Guest Services Kiosk. ALDs are not recommended for use during concerts due to the volume level. Guests will be required to leave a valid, government-issued photo ID as a deposit while using the ALD. To request additional reasonable accommodations or services, please contact us at 425-322-2600 as far in advance as possible.
Service Animals
Only trained service animals or service animals in training will be allowed into the Angel Of The Winds Arena. All other animals, including pets and comfort animals, are prohibited. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service animal.
Lactation Pod

- The Mamava Pod is a thoughtfully designed lactation suite that offers a serene environment for nursing mothers. Featuring comfortable seating, power outlets for breast pumps, a fold-down table, and adjustable lighting, the Mamava Pod ensures a calm and secure space for mothers to attend to their infants' needs.
- Where to find the Mamava Pod?
- The Mamava Pod is conveniently located within Angel Of The Winds Arena, strategically placed to offer easy access for breastfeeding parents attending live concerts, shows, or sporting events. Its placement underscores the arena's commitment to promoting an inclusive and family-friendly atmosphere. The Mamava Pod can be found on the concourse located outside section 116-117 but the location may be subject to change depending on the event.
- How can guests access the pod?
- Accessing the Mamava Pod is designed to be hassle-free and is powered by a smart technology system that enables easy wayfinding, autonomous access, and a delightful experience for breastfeeding parents. The app can be used for numerous reasons; to locate and unlock the pod by a press of a button, shows availability, indicates how long a user has been in the pod, offers vacancy alerts, and helps ensure the pod remains accessible for people who need them.

Elevators & Restrooms
Angel Of The Winds Arena features a public elevator conveniently located on the north side of the venue near Sections 119 and 219. This elevator provides accessible transportation between the main concourse and the arena floor, offering easy access for guests with mobility needs.
All public restrooms throughout the arena include accessible stalls. Additionally, a private, accessible restroom is available on the south side of the main concourse near Sections 110 and 210. This restroom is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities and their companions, as well as families with young children who may require additional assistance.
Wheelchair Assistance and Seating
Wheelchair escorts may be available upon request at any arena entrance, subject to staff availability. Please note that our team members cannot provide personal assistance transferring into or out of wheelchairs or seats, and they are unable to remain with guests throughout the event. Additionally, wheelchair transport outside of Angel Of The Winds Arena is not available.
Guests with disabilities and up to three companions may purchase accessible seating in designated wheelchair-accessible locations. These spaces are distributed throughout the arena, both vertically and horizontally, and are offered at various price points. Accessible seating is available at the time of the event’s public on-sale.

Sign Language Interpretation
By request, Angel Of The Winds Arena will provide sign language interpretation services, subject to availability. These services should be requested by calling 425-322.2600 at least three weeks prior to the event.

ADA Parking
There are multiple ADA parking spots surrounding the Arena that are open on a first come first serve basis. These are some spots located on Wall St & Lombard and on Oakes street right outside our main NW Doors. Other ADA spots can be found in the Snohomish County Parking Garage.
