All of the remaingin Seattle Storm Home Games for Aug and Sept will go on sale Thursday July 22 at 10am online. 

Please note there are 2 events for each home game. 1 vaccinated event and another unvaccinated event.  Unvaccinated events sales with pods only no breaking of the pods must buy the entire pod and is with social distancing.  The vaccinated event sells like a standard event.  You must show proof  of vaccination for everyone in your party at the doors when you enter.  Photos on your phone of your vaccinated cards will work.

Have your proof of your vaccination for each person ready for entry into the arena.  The following are acceptable as proof of vaccination: vaccination card, photo of vaccination card (on a phone is ok), documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state immunization information system record. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.

Please know the Storm will date check vaccination cards. People are considered fully vaccinated: ±

  • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

Children between the ages of 2 and 15 who provide proof of having tested negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours of admission, are also allowed in the vaccinated section. Children under the age of 2 do not need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test in order to be admitted to the vaccinated section when accompanied by a vaccinated adult.

Leaving a "Gap" or "single seat" Error - Click here for more details

We sometimes get the question about an error code referencing leaving a gap or single seat between the seats. What is this "gap"? The system is referring to a single seat. 

Q: I just tried to buy 2 tickets and received an error that says, "…you cannot leave a gap between seats." But I'm not leaving a gap?

A: A "gap" between seats is a single seat. The system will not sell you two seats out of 3 seats as it will leave a single seat. 

Singles do happen by accident when more than one party is viewing the same row and have seats in their cart. If not all parties end up purchasing, it can leave a single due to how many seats a buyer had in their cart and in what sequence they are released by those who did not end up purchasing. 

If your desired seats leave a single, you will need to find another location which will accommodate the number of seats you are looking for without leaving a single seat after your purchase. No matter the number of seats you are seeking. For example, trying to purchase 4 seats out of a block of 5. You would need to find 4 seats or a location of 6 or more seats which after purchase would leave 2 or more seats open. 

Please keep in mind, if you come to the Box Office in person to buy the same seats the ticket sellers cannot leave that single seat either and will search out another option for you.

Event Refunds

Refunds for events that have cancelled have been automatically issued back to the cards used at purchase. Some fees may have been retrained. Does not apply to postponed events - Tickets will be honored on the new date and time.
