Group Sales FAQs
What Qualifies As A Group?
For most of our shows, a group is 8, 10, 12, or 15 or more people. The number of people needed to be eligible for a group sales discount varies per event. To book a for a group, please contact our Group Sales department directly.
Can I Cancel Or Add To My Group Ticket Order?
Unfortunately, you can’t cancel your group ticket order once it is paid for as all ticket sales are non-refundable. If you need to add tickets to your order, contact our department, and based on availability, we will help you purchase additional tickets as close to the original order as possible.
Are There Additional Fees On Group Sales Orders?
When ordering tickets by phone through the Group Sales Department, there are no additional charges per ticket, however, there is a $5.00 charge on the entire ticket order. Online orders are subject to regular ticketing fees. Additional charges may apply depending on your ticket delivery method.
Are There Incentives For Group Leaders?
Some shows offer incentives such as event tickets, gift certificates or merchandise when you book a certain amount of tickets. Contact our office for more details on which shows offer incentives.
Is There Space Available For Private Functions?
Yes, groups may arrange to rent one of our Luxury Suites which hold 12 to 20 people and can be fully catered by our exclusive on-site caterer, Oak View Group Hospitality. We also have our full-service restaurant, Arena Grill, and Octane Lounge available to rent on an event-by-event basis.
How Do I Pay For My Group Tickets?
Acceptable payment options are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express over the telephone or in person. Any cash or in-person payments must be scheduled in advance with our Group Sales Department. Group ticket orders are non-refundable. If you need to add tickets to your order, contact our department, and based on availability, we will help you purchase additional tickets as close to the original order as possible.
