Stick and Puck

Looking to sharpen your shot, perfect your puck handling, or just get in some solo ice time? Our Stick and Puck sessions are the perfect opportunity for players of all levels to practice individual skills in a relaxed, self-paced environment.

Youth Stick & Puck Sessions are offered to kids 13 and Under – with Parents allowed.

What to Expect

  • Open ice time for individual or small group training
  • Focused practice for shooting, passing, and skating drills
  • No structured instruction or scrimmage (unless noted)

Safety First

  • Full hockey gear is required for all players 18 and under
  • Helmets are mandatory for all adults
  • Please come prepared with everything you’d wear in a regulation hockey game

Session Rates

  • 1 Hour – $18
  • 1.5 Hours – $22
  • 2 Hours – $26
  • Stick and Puck Punchcard: Punchcards can be purchased in-person at the front desk. Pricing is $160 for 10 Stick and Puck punches. Punches can be used for up to a 2 hour Stick and Puck session.

NEW! Morning Scrimmage Sessions

Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM for Scrimmage-Only Stick and Puck sessions.
 

This is your chance to put your skills to the test in friendly, unstructured game play.

Adult Learn To Play

Our co-ed, progressive Adult Learn to Play Hockey program is designed to introduce new players to the sport while helping experienced skaters fine-tune their skills. Over the course of 8 to 10 weekly sessions, participants will develop key fundamentals.

Important Notice: All participants skate at their own risk. Please be aware that ice skating is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury.

What You'll Learn

Key fundamentals including:

  • Skating (beginner to advanced)

Who Can Join?

This class is open to adults ages 18 and older, at any skill level. Whether you’re new to the sport or returning after time away, this program provides a supportive and structured environment to help you grow your game.

What’s Included

  • 30 minutes of on-ice instruction
  • 30 minutes of supervised scrimmage
  • 2 Stick and Puck passes (included only with full-session registration; not provided for drop-ins)
  • A maximum of 20 participants per session for personalized instruction
  • A full set of hockey gear is required

Please have your USA Hockey registration number, name, phone number, email, and address ready when registering.

No refunds. All purchases are final.

Curious About Skating but Not Ready to Commit?
We've got you covered! Join us for our Try Skating for Free session — no experience needed!

This event is different from a typical Public Skate or Learn to Skate class. While it's a casual introduction to skating, our amazing Learn to Skate coaches and volunteers will be on hand to offer tips and encouragement.

  • Pre-registration is required for all participants.
