The Les Schwab Box Office handles ticket sales for all events at Angel Of The Winds Arena.
You’ll find helpful information on everything from ticket purchasing and delivery to policies and frequently asked questions. Our Box Office is located on the corner of Hewitt and Oakes.
Mobile Tickets
Your phone is your ticket. This means you will pull up your tickets on your smart phone using the Ticketmaster App or from where you have saved them in your digital wallet on your mobile device. Please save your tickets to the digital wallet on your mobile device, mobile network access can be extremely difficult on site with large crowds. As a reminder, screenshots are not accepted for event entry. To ensure a secure and seamless experience, all tickets must be accessed through your Ticketmaster account or mobile wallet. Make sure to download or transfer your ticket to your mobile device before arriving at the venue for a seamless entry process.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are all accepted method of payment. All tickets are subject to a facility fee. Tickets purchased online or through charge-by-phone, are subject to additional service charges. Bills larger than $20 will not be accepted.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available for purchase through the Les Schwab Box Office (425) 322-2645 or through Ticketmaster. We highly recommend patrons contact our ticket office directly, as our staff is more intimately knowledgeable about our facilities, and we feel they would provide the best service for our patrons with accessible seating needs.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Cancelled Event
If an event is canceled and you purchased tickets through either Ticketmaster’s website or with a card at the Les Schwab Box Office, you won’t need to do a thing. They will inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.
If you purchased tickets in person with cash at the Les Schwab Box Office, you will need to return your tickets to receive your refund. Again, your refund will include both the face value of the ticket and the corresponding service fees, if any.
Rescheduled Events
If your event was rescheduled, we’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can’t make it? The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled/postponed events is up to the individual artist, team or promoter, but we’ll do everything we can to help! Just contact us.
Replacement Tickets
If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or not received, please let us help. Just contact us. There is no guarantee on replacing tickets. Replacement tickets are subject to a $5 reprint fee per ticket.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on all tickets. Customers can upgrade tickets for events when possible; however, this is not a guaranteed policy and is done at the sole discretion of the event promoter.
