Angel Of The Winds Arena is a three-venue, state-of-the-art, multi-purpose complex located in the heart of downtown Everett, WA. Owned by the Everett Public Facilities District and a municipal corporation governed by a five-member Board of Directors, this dynamic complex includes:

Angel Of The Winds Arena

A flexible space capable of hosting concerts, sporting events, family shows, and more.

The Everett Community Ice Rink

A year-round NHL regulation rink open to the public for recreational skating, youth and adult hockey, figure skating, and private rentals.

The Edward D. Hansen Conference Center

A full-service event venue ideal for conventions, corporate meetings, banquets, weddings, and community gatherings.

EPFD Board Meetings

The EPFD Board holds regular monthly meetings on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM. Meetings take place in person at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center, located inside Angel Of The Winds Arena.

The August 2025 Regular Meeting will be held in person and will also include an option for remote public attendance:
