Angel Of The Winds Arena is a three-venue, state-of-the-art, multi-purpose complex located in the heart of downtown Everett, WA. Owned by the Everett Public Facilities District and a municipal corporation governed by a five-member Board of Directors, this dynamic complex includes:

A flexible space capable of hosting concerts, sporting events, family shows, and more.

A year-round NHL regulation rink open to the public for recreational skating, youth and adult hockey, figure skating, and private rentals.

A full-service event venue ideal for conventions, corporate meetings, banquets, weddings, and community gatherings.
The EPFD Board holds regular monthly meetings on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM. Meetings take place in person at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center, located inside Angel Of The Winds Arena.
A special meeting will be called for December 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM, for the purpose of reviewing and discussing the 2026 Budget - no final action will be taken. This special meeting will be held in person and will also include an option for remote public attendance.
The December 2025 regular meeting is rescheduled, and as such, a special meeting will be called for December 17, 2025 at 9:00 AM. This special meeting will be held in person and will also include an option for remote public attendance.
