We are excited to welcome you to Angel Of The Winds Arena for Shreya Ghoshal Thursday, September 24th. Below you can find key event-day details to know before you arrive, like parking options, security guidelines, and guest resources available to you, so you can have a smooth event experience.
General Ticket Holders:
- General Doors open at 6PM
- Event starts at 7PM
U-First Experience Ticket Holders:
- Check-In at 4:30PM
- Check-In Location: Guests should enter through the Main NW Doors (corner of Hewitt and Oakes) and check in at the designated check-in table.

U-First Experience Ticket Holders Information
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the VIP experience, including soundcheck access.
After your concert ticket is scanned, you will be directed to the U-First Experience holding area. There, you will receive a QR code to complete your registration. Please ensure all information entered is accurate, as your event photo will be delivered to the email address provided during registration within 3–5 business days following the event.
VIP Experience Includes:
-Exclusive soundcheck access
-Individual photo opportunity with Shreya Ghoshal
-Commemorative VIP memorabilia package
Photo Opportunity: Photos will be taken by the official tour photographer only. Personal photography during the photo session is not permitted. Digital event photos will be shared following the event.
Phones & Recording Devices: Mobile phones, cameras, and audio/video recording devices are strictly prohibited during the soundcheck and photo opportunity. Guests will be asked to store all devices during these portions of the experience.
Gifts & Autographs: Autographs will not be available during the VIP experience. If you would like to provide a gift or letter for Shreya Ghoshal, a member of the artist's team will be available to collect it and ensure it is delivered.
On-Ground Technicalities & Flexibility: While our team is dedicated to providing you with a seamless and memorable experience while adhering strictly to timelines, live productions may occasionally encounter unexpected on-ground technicalities or operational delays. We kindly request your patience and understanding should any schedule adjustments occur on the day.
Non-Transferable: This pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and tied directly to your verified concert ticket. Please carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID matching the primary purchaser's name on the ticket.

Bag Policy
Angel Of The Winds Arena reserves the right to inspect any bag, clothing or other articles prior to entry and may prohibit entry or require removal/disposal of any items deemed inappropriate or potentially injurious. Fans may only enter the venue if they comply with the following:
- Clear plastic or vinyl bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
The above items are acceptable upon entry. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home and have bags/coats ready for search as you approach the entrance.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Angel Of The Winds Arena enforces a general list of prohibited items, including weapons, outside food or drinks, illegal substances, large bags, and professional cameras. All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. Please note that event organizers may add to this list based on the nature of the event.
- Oversized Bags
- Audio and Video Recording Equipment
- Professional Cameras (a camera having a removable lens or a telescoping lens larger than two inches). No flash photography during all events.
- Outside Food or Beverages (empty water bottles are okay to bring in)
- Glass Containers, Cans Coolers
- Tents, Chairs, Umbrellas
- Weapons of Any Kind, Fireworks
- Animals (except certified service dogs)
- Helmets
- Balloons, Confetti, Streamers, Balls, Noisemakers (with the exception of cowbells for Silvertips games), Laser Pens
- Studded, Chained, or Spiked Jewelry or Clothing
- Inline Skates, Skateboards or Heelys
- No flower vases
