Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The COVID-19 mass vaccination site at Angel Of The Winds Arena is by appointment only, for those who are eligible in the current phase.  Additional information about vaccinations can be found at http://bit.ly/snocovaccine.

The Everett Community Ice Rink is open as of January 12, 2021 with extensive procedures implemented. Full information can be found here.

The Edward D. Hansen Conference Center is open for bookings. Please click here for information about booking events at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center while COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

For Postpones or Canceled Events

In the event a performance is canceled or rescheduled, information is immediately placed on the Angel Of The Winds Arena website. We will also send an email to the database of purchasers for that event, if we have contact information.

If an event is canceled: Refunds will be available at the original point of purchase; Meaning if you purchased by Phone or Web cards will automatically be refunded. Please allow for 7 to 14 days for it to process. If you purchased in person at the Box Office, your card will automatically be refunded. If you purchased with cash you will need to bring in the original tickets and photo ID that match the name on the ticket account for a cash refund. 

If the event is rescheduled: Tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until designated refund deadline or until the promoter no longer allows refunds. If you purchased by Phone or Web and cannot make the new date or time, please reach out to the Phone Center at 1-866-332-8499. If you purchased at the Box Office with either cash or card you will need to bring in your original tickets and photo ID that matches the ticket account for the refund. 

TICKET FEES: In the event of a cancellation, the paid ticket price will be refunded. *Fees and charges associated with the ticket purchase may be retained.

Tickets purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the tickets. AOTW Arena is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
