Youth Learn to Play Hockey
The Community Ice Rink has developed a progressive Intro to Play Hockey program designed to provide skills instruction for 5-14 year olds. This program is an introduction to hockey focusing on basic skills, with an emphasis on having FUN! Weekly clinics teach the fundamental skills of skating, puck handling, passing, shooting, and game situations, providing the participant with the opportunity to develop confidence while experiencing achievement throughout the program. The Intro to Play Hockey program is designed to prepare youth participants to progress to our Everett Youth Hockey recreational league. Rental skates are provided at no extra cost, however, we DO NOT provide any other required gear. 8 Week classes are being offered and cost $120.00.
Adult Learn to Play Hockey
This program is a co-ed progressive hockey course that will teach the skills needed to begin playing the game of hockey. In eight lessons, the course will cover skating skills, puck handling, shooting, positional concepts and game situations. We have both Beginner and Advanced 10-week courses available for $200.00/session
