The Pro Aerial League will be returning to Angel Of The Winds Arena in Everett on Saturday, March 17 for the third race of its 2017-2018 inaugural season.
The Pro Aerial League is the fastest growing professional drone racing league in the United States and has recently been recognized by the International Drone Racing Association as its “Startup of the Year”. The Pro Aerial League is also the first drone racing organization to be promoted by Facebook’s Sports on Facebook channel.
The Pro Aerial League has created an entirely new and spectator friendly racing format. Pro Aerial League races consist of (4) 20-minute periods of team racing and includes team runners on the course dodging drones that fly at speeds over 60 mph while trying to keep their teams in the air and completing laps.
Pro Aerial League pilots are some of the best in the United States and the world, including former Drone Racing League (DRL) pilots and one team member that placed first in the global Swatch/DRL flight simulator qualifying tournament.
The Pro Aerial league also provides the opportunity for more people to learn how to fly a drone in our drone zone, fly Pro Aerial League race courses on the Liftoff flight simulator, go on a pilot ride-along in the Fat Shark Fan Zone, and engage with other family friendly activities courtesy of Virtual Sports in Tukwila, Washington. Reserved seat tickets include the above activities at no additional cost.
