  • XFINITY Arena Hosts Over 60,000 Guests for 2016 Commencement Ceremonies

    Graduation symbolizes the end of an era and celebrates the hard work, dedication and persistence put forth by students over the years. This month, graduating seniors of nine local school districts as well as one community college gathered at XFINITY Arena with their family, friends and loved ones to commemorate their accomplishments while turning their tassels from left to right.

    “Each year, XFINITY Arena at Everett is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this special time for graduates and their families,” said Spectra Venue Management’s Rick Comeau, General Manager of XFINITY Arena. “This year, we were especially excited for graduates to see our new scoreboard in action during the commencement ceremonies.”

    Combined attendance for all 18 graduations was 63,200 guests. The list of schools that held their graduations at XFINITY Arena is as follows:

    The Everett Public Facilities District and the staff of Spectra at XFINITY Arena are proud to be a part of this memorable time for graduates and their families and would like to congratulate the Class of 2016 on their achievements and wish them the best of luck with what the future may hold.
