Global Spectrum, management for the Comcast Arena at Everett, announced today the launch of a text messaging platform providing guests the ability to discreetly and quickly report issues to building management while at an event.  The service will enhance the guest experience while at the Arena.  The platform also will include a VIP text club opt-in for fans to receive additional value in the form of special offers.

Kim Bedier, General Manager for the Comcast Arena at Everett, said, “This technology will provide an easy and rapid process for our guests to report concerns.  This will allow our staff to quickly respond to guests needs and is a natural complement to our How You Doin’? customer service philosophy.  Our guests’ feedback is key to their enjoyment of our events, and vital to our success.”

The text messaging program aligns with Global Spectrum’s How You Doin’? philosophy specifically with principles like ‘Do It Now’ and ‘Listen’, providing fans the interaction with key management on duty at any event. The system is provided by In Stadium Solutions, a venue management software company that is utilized in over 100 venues nationwide, as well as the 2010 NBA Finals and two Super Bowls.

In addition to the guest services application, the Comcast Arena at Everett will also debut a VIP text club where fans can stay connected by opting-in to receive special pre-sales, and discount and sponsor offers.  The system will also be used in-arena and online for contests, such as at the Most Valuable Beer concession, where fans can vote for their favorite beer.
